All returns should be approved in advance. Please contact us within five days of receiving your product for a Return Authorization Number and shipping information. For defective items, we will pay for the return shipping.
For items not defective and returned due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind, the customer must pay for return shipping as well as a restocking fee (up to 15%). Products must be in original shape, in original packaging.
