Birds
Though I haven’t seen the robin for a few days, large numbers of grosbeaks and chickadees are feasting on sunflower seeds and frolicking in the pond and waterfall. They seem to say “C’mon outside and play, Dan”.
Spring?
We saw the first robin of spring yesterday! – hopping around on our front lawn looking for worms. Seemed awfully early – and then the cold north wind blew and the temperature dropped to three degrees overnight. Poor robin!
