Shipping
Products ship from Monday through Friday.
Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours.
Orders addressed to the continental United States are shipped via UPS ground (or your upgraded UPS choice). A few products are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Special Free Shipping offers apply only to orders shipped within the continental United States.
If there is a delay or backorder, we will contact you immediately.
Hawaii/Alaska and International Orders
Hawaii/Alaska and International orders are shipped via UPS 3 day air and are subject to higher shipping fees.
The Landscape Market offers a 15 day money back guarantee (less the cost of shipping and handling).
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 15 days of delivery of order by sending an email to rma@clearwaterlandscapes.com.
Return of merchandise after 15 days may be acceptable, depending on policy of individual distributor and/or manufacturer. A 20% handling and restocking fee will apply..
The customer pays freight for both the original shipment and for the return.
Returned products must be in original condition and unused, in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Damaged or Defective Product
A damaged or defective product claim must be made within 15 days of delivery of order by sending an email to returns@clearwaterlandscapes.com.
DO NOT return or throw anything away - contact us immediately. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without this number.
A replacement or refund will be provided as soon as the product is returned and the defect or damage is verified.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled with no additional fee prior to shipping - shipping for most orders occurs within 24 hours.
Cancellations must be made by phoning the toll-free number above.
If your order has been shipped prior to the cancellation, please follow the Return Policy guidelines listed above.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to addresses in the State of Idaho will be charged sales tax of 6%.
