Using
your site plan, preferences, local and regional conditions
and extensive database information, we'll draft scaled
overhead plan views for accurate planting plans and for
comparative bidding from outside contractors. These indicate
the exact placement of all existing and proposed structures,
plant material and hardscape elements -
the most essential component of the

Conceptual
Elevations
From the photos you submit, we'll create
photorealistic images of the mature look of your proposed
landscape and upload these to your private file at our
website. Images are full color and suitable for printing on
8 1/2" x 11" paper. Example
Cost for the first
photo image is $75. Each additional image is $65. Though
optional, these images
are a valuable part of the design process for many clients.

Site Visit
to the client's property can be arranged; costs will include travel, lodging and consultation. Optional
Other Consultation
Services
(included with each design project are two hours of

phone calls and additional research).
Cost for additional
consultation, if needed and requested: $65 per hour.
Landscape Lighting Plan
including placement and specification of all fixtures, transformers, wiring runs - total wattage calculations and transformer wiring diagrams. Complete component list - Lighting plan is optional.
Cost: $125 - $195.
Landscape Irrigation Plan
specification and proper placement of lawn sprinklers, shrub heads, drip systems, controllers and piping. Complete component list. Sprinkler plan is optional.
Cost: $125 - $225.
